The full conference registration fee includes:

- admission to the day's scientific sessions (oral presentations & poster sessions)
- a copy of conference proceedings
- refreshment breaks, breakfast and luncheon for the day registered

* Student fee is available to full-time students, currently registered in a University degree program
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment can be made on our secure website (soon) or by mail. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express only) or by cheque (in Canadian dollars) or by electronic fund transfer. Sorry, we are unable to accept payment in any other currency than Canadian dollars.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations received prior to September 3, 2010, registration fees will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received after September 3, 2010 will not be refunded.
